OUTSIDE The yard has a stunning Fire Place area adorned with swing sets and string lights to relax and to make smores with friends and family and enjoy Smoky Mountains View. Dining for 8 at the table and a breakfast bar that seats 3. Living room has loads of natural light and 55 inch TV to enjoy with family. Porch filled with rockers and swing for relaxing and looking at the view. Master bedroom has king bed with closet, dresser and additional TV. The 2 bedrooms have queen beds with closet and dresser. 2 Twin bunk beds help comfortable stay for kids and large groups. This impressive cabin offers modern amenities such as a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, laptop-friendly workstation, full size kitchen and bathroom essentials. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property with flat-screen Roku TVs. From here, you’re just a short drive from local grocery stores, retail shops, and some of Maggie Valley's most popular attractions. Designed with traveling families in mind, this five-star adventure cabin is the best way to experience the Great Smoky Mountains in western NC. This is a pet-friendly home and your pets can now be included at the time of reservation via AirBnb! A one time $115 pet fee will be applied to the total of your stay. Please inquire with the owner for approval prior to booking your reservation. Fees must be paid in full prior to receiving the access codes for check-in. Dog(s) must be house and crate trained. Failure to get pet approval prior to your stay will result in a fine in addition to standard pet fee.

Pet Rules (Pet Fee of $115 per stay): - Only small DOGS allowed (max 2), no other animals - Please keep pets leashed and don't leave them unattended -Any damage to the property by a loose dog will be paid by the owner. This will be on top of the daily pet fee. -No dog(s) can be left outside while owners are not at property. - Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

☆The last half mile to the house is a winding gravel road. 4WD is not required during the milder months, but is recommended in the winter. ☆You must be 21+ to book. ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation. ☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation ☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property ☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied ☆NUMBER OF GUESTS☆ MAXIMUM of 10 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation. ☆ENTRY☆ The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. ☆KITCHEN☆ Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Coffee maker. ☆LAUNDRY☆ Washer and dryer, iron. ☆REFUNDS☆ We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance.
